I couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. The rooms were decked out with every amenity a millennial could dream of, from charging cables to an incredible surround sound system for blasting my Spotify playlists. However, I would have preferred to be on the same floor for convenience. Despite that, the experience was somewhat dampened by a lemon incident and brightened by a surprise flash mob serenading me with Happy Birthday at the check-in counter.
The hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping mall, MTR, and airport express, making it a very nice location. The rooms are spacious, well-sized, and impeccably clean. The service was exceptional, with a free upgrade to an ocean view room and a genuine effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, a top-notch stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai was truly exceptional. The rooms, which felt quite spacious at 42sqm, were definitely the nicest of our trip to HK. Having a room like a very high-end apartment with outrageous views is a must-have if available.
The hotel offers nice amenities, although the rooms could be a bit bigger. The welcome by Patty, the Welcome Relations Manager, was excellent, with amazing views of the island, creating a pleasant stay overall.
